Lise is a lawyer and former business executive with a strong background in technology and over 20 years of business and legal experience in the public and private sectors.
Her diverse experience uniquely positions her to offer practical, business-focused legal advice to clients operating in a wide range of industries (i.e. services, technology, government) as virtual corporate counsel or legal advisor in the areas of public procurement, commercial contracting and corporate governance.
She holds memberships with the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Justin Morvay, B.A., J.D.
Justin is a corporate-commercial lawyer who advises in the areas of corporate law, commercial contracts and public procurement. He is also a member of the NECI-LegalEdge teaching faculty, teaching procurement and contracting to public and private sector procurement professionals across Canada as part of the NECI PSPP program.
Justin graduated on the Dean’s Honour List with a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa and holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications Studies from Carleton University.
