Lise Patry, B.A.Sc. (Chem. Eng.), LL.B., ICD.D
Lise is a lawyer and former business executive with a strong background in business and technology. Lise has over 20 years of legal experience gained in the public and private sectors as national law firm lawyer, in-house lawyer, and as the principal of Patry Law. Lise’s diverse experience uniquely positions her to offer practical, business-focused legal advice to clients operating in a wide range of industries (i.e. services, technology, government).
As a member of NECI LegalEdge‘s teaching faculty, Canada’s leading procurement and contracting training organization, in addition to practising law, Lise is actively engaged in training private and public sector procurement officials across Canada on matters relating to public procurement and contract management.
Lise holds a B.A.Sc. (Chem.Eng.) from the University of Ottawa and is a graduate of McGill University’s LL.B. program. She is also an accredited corporate director, having obtained her ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors in 2014.
Alanna Robinson, BJH, LL.B.
Alanna is a business lawyer who advises in areas of public and private sector procurement and commercial contracts. She has over a decade of business and legal experience in both the private and public sector in Ontario and Nova Scotia, where she’s worked as external legal counsel, in-house counsel and as purchasing manager. Alanna’s background and experience uniquely positions her to offer practical, business-sensitive approaches to client requirements.
Alanna holds a Bachelor of Journalism (Honours) degree (BJH) from the University of King’s College and an LL.B. from Dalhousie University. She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Bar Association.
